Bruce Godfrey
PhD, Practice Leader,
Customer and Market Insights
Bruce, a social psychologist and a former Williams College professor, has over thirty years of experience in all segments of the Customer and Market Insights business, including the client-side, advertising agency, and supplier segments.

Bruce's Bio
In his business career, Bruce led the Market Research function for four major client-side companies: Bayer AG (Alka-Seltzer, One-A-Day), General Electric Lighting, Polaroid, and Keurig (now Keurig Dr. Pepper). Additionally, Bruce was the head of Market Research at Hill Holiday, a Boston agency.
Bruce’s experience spans both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. He works closely with clients to assess their needs, and designs and implements studies that offer actionable insights.
Bruce obtained his undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Kentucky and his PhD in psychology from the University of Connecticut.


Vicki's Bio
Vicki’s experience includes leading marketing at Indigo Ag, DentaQuest (acquired by Sunlife), Avention (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet), Zipcar, and Printlife (the first consumer photobook).
As a consultant, Vicki has served as an Interim or Fractional CMO/Head of Marketing for companies in tech, education, and consumer products.
Vicki has led strategic and operational projects across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including branding, strategic marketing, customer insights, and demand generation.
As an Executive Coach, Vicki leverages her experience building and leading teams. She understands and has experienced the leadership opportunities that come with transformation. Throughout her career, Vicki has mentored and coached numerous employees, colleagues, and associates.
Vicki has her coaching certificate from the Center for Executive Coaching and is currently pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Vicki obtained her International MBA from Thunderbird (The American Graduate School of International Management) and a BA, with distinction, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from The University of Vermont.
